Once the book has been purchased and delivered, I cannot know what happens with the knowledge inside it. You may read one page, read the entire book, work through every exercise, share the ideas with someone else, or simply keep it beside your bed.
And that is precisely why I do not offer refunds based on whether the book has been read or how much of it has been used.
I also do not offer refunds because you have changed your mind, decided the book is not for you, did not connect with the material, or simply no longer want it.
You can return a physical object.
